Merry Belated Christmas!

We had a fun time with Charley's family this last weekend. They visited us in our new home and we were able to exchange Christmas gifts since that didn't work out in December with the icy/snowy weather then. The girls enjoyed seeing their cousins and opening their gifts. Little M loves her new rocking horse...thanks Grandma Janey! And, Big M has really enjoyed her new glowing bear....thanks Uncle Danny and Aunt Autumn! We appreciated the visit and look forward to others in the future.

I think the girls finally like each other!

Over the last several days, we've been able to hear the happy giggles and play of our two girls--the M&Ms. We've known that they enjoyed each other, but they are finally playing together, at least most of the time. There is some bickering over toys, but we were lucky enough to catch them in a sweet moment last night--Big M reading a favorite Dora book to Little M. It was so sweet and one we just couldn't keep from sharing.

Happy 2010!

Well I'm finally getting around to starting my blog. I guess this is a New Year's Resolution and hopefully one I can keep! The end of 2009 was busy and interesting with a move to a new bigger town, a new home, new ear tubes for little M, and traveling to LA for more sickness and cold weather.

2010 has started off good...big M finally rode the carousel at the Monroe, LA mall after much refusal during our previous visits. Of course, she chose a dolphin instead of a pony!!

Little M is doing much better now that she has tubes in her ears....she's a totally different little gal! My ornery little thing. Anyway, M&M keep me busy running up and down the stairs of our new home and exploring our new town---when the weather cooperates.

So, the adventures of our family will be recorded when possible in this little blog and I hope to keep my New Year's Resolution and share our life with you....if you're interested!
